James manages the marketing efforts for Hill Restaurant Group, which includes event management, vendor relations, digital marketing, and public relations.
He has an extensive background in on premise brand management for alcoholic beverage consumer products.
James has worked in the hospitality industry for more than fifteen years, including his college years, when he started as a bouncer and moved his way
up to general manager.
James graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in 2007 with a double major in Finance and Marketing. He holds multiple certifications including
CPR and ECC.
James is heavily involved in community work as well. He lead the DC Ricans For Puerto Rico movement which developed over twenty fundraising events,
filling six planes with first aid items, and provided over $5,000 in relief funds for hurricane victims in Puerto Rico.
